My progress so far has been slow, but steady. After completing a Business Development course on Udemy, I studied real BD requirements by analyzing roles on CryptoJobsList to understand what top companies expect. I’m currently expanding my knowledge on Alison, focusing on B2B partnerships, negotiation, and the legal/contract foundations of partnerships. Recently, I supported an analyst project by helping identify potential partnership opportunities (details to come with time). Next steps: improving partnership implementation, gaining hands-on experience, and seeking internship opportunities. Still learning. Still building. One step at a time.

A letter I wrote to myself. Where I want to be in 5 weeks. Sharing this to hold myself accountable and maybe connect with someone on the same path. 💭 Dear TUNDE, How are you doing today? I was just sitting in silence, thinking And I decided to write this. A check-in. A reminder. A little push. Because the truth is… I don’t even have a clear vision of where I want to be next week. But you know what? I may not be able to predict my future But I have the power to create it. So first: Thank you. For being strong. For being faithful to yourself. For believing in your future, even when doubt was easier. That belief is hard. But it’s everything. You’ve walked many paths: Cybersecurity. UI/UX. HR. Each one taught you something. But now? It’s time to choose. You want to become a world-class HR professional. So now the big question: Where do you want to be in 5 weeks? Not someday. Not “eventually.” But 5 weeks from now. HR is not just hiring. It’s the backbone of your team. You can build the smartest product in the world. But if your team isn’t aligned, empowered, and growing, it will fall apart. HR is the one role that looks after the people who build everything else. Culture. Performance. Retention. Growth. All of it. You don’t scale a project without solid people. And you don’t build solid people without HR. Take it seriously or rebuild when it’s too late. #HR
