felt like sharing some lore about what i was doing before i got into crypto so here’s a fun story: - lost my job during pandemic 2020 - started designing and producing graphic tees + reusable masks in my lil studio apt with my ex bf and opened shop on etsy - famous nba player wore one of the designs and business went viral - sold 10k units in <3 months - etsy shut down our shop (long story lol) - i went back to my silly lil web2 job…then got let go by the same company for the 2nd time end of 2021, started working in crypto beginning of 2022 lol. the end.

i just wanna say that i appreciate farcaster because i genuinely feel like this app is one of the *ones* doing it right in this space. we're not going to "onboard the next 1B users" with shitty or confusing UX/UI. plus, i can easily say that most web2 audiences could care less about the tech or what's underneath the hood. we all know that. farcaster has come a long way and it's been very cool to see. when i'm having convos with "normies" about web3, i always point them here first. so yeah...as an early adopter of the purple app, i'm v glad i'm still here.
