Unpopular opinion for some reason: Optimism is the best L2 of them all. There's no heavy marketing behind it so only people like me or orgs like EF or EthGlobal consider using it by default (not even supported by Farcaster, which is sad) but the tech behind it is so great most other L2s use it without hesitation.

Lagrange Labs are cooking practical ZK-ML! LogUp+GKR based and fast. There are PRs adding support for new layers based on zkLLM paper (by H. Sun et al.) and there might be a proof of a full transformer soon. https://www.lagrange.dev/deepprove Nicely done (even though not quite free-licensed, I disapprove)

For some reason I struggle to make farcaster my home. I don't enjoy twitter's polarisation and loudness yet here I feel like even friends don't notice each other's words in the silence. And I'm very unlikely to start cross-posting or any automated management - it either comes naturally or I'm gone... But I'm trying.
