Rolling Forward: A Summer on Wheels 🍴🚚 There’s something about summer that begs us to eat with our hands, lean on a picnic table, and chase down flavor like it’s a carnival prize. For me, that something has four wheels, sizzling aromas, and a chalkboard menu that changes with the mood of the chef. This summer, I’m chasing food trucks. Not just because the food’s good (spoiler: it often slaps harder than its brick-and-mortar cousins), but because I believe we’re in the middle of a movement. Food trucks aren’t just convenient—they’re cultural capsules, rolling experiments, and the future of how we gather, eat, and connect. I’m calling it “Rolling Forward.” where I’ll hit up different food trucks over this summer—near parks, breweries, maybe a random corner of town—and bring you along for the ride. I’ll talk about the food, sure, but also the stories behind the grills, the business hustle, the creative flavors, and the bigger trends that prove this isn’t just a summer fling. It’s a shift.
