added support for the new sdk actions (swapToken, sendToken, viewToken) to my mini app starter project just in time for builders day.

- viewToken: navigate to a token page
- swapToken: open swap form with pre-filled tokens
- sendToken: open send form with pre-filled token & recipient

tanstack packages are a love letter to beautiful api design

@gabrielayuso.eth the grid lines on the web miniapp dashboard are too bright in dark mode. instead of #ccc you can use rgba(150, 150, 150, 0.25) which works well on both dark and light modes.

also the x axis labels are dark too and can't be seen on dark mode.

big updates to my mini app starter/template with many improvements:
