Over this year I've had the privilege of co-creating with the Huottoja native community in the Venezuelan Amazon. As a student of their vast culture, practices, and ancestral medicines, I've been inspired by their profound wisdom and resilience, their Kuami Kiachi (strength in the heart)- while also recognizing the critical threats they face, from illegal mining and forced displacements to the cultural erosion imposed by evangelical missionaries. We've been assisting the Huottoja in embracing Web3 technology, enabling them to bring their vision of a University of Ancestral Knowledge to life. For a while I’d been wanting to do a cleansing of my body. After I came back from the jungle I got pretty sick and it made me more determined. Yesterday I started a juice detox to cleanse intestines. Did you know it is considered our second brain? 🧠 I brought @joseacabrerav along for the ride and here we go 😅
