- i like project coins - what's that? - well, there are builders who issue tokens for the projects they build - ah, so sort of like a stock? - yes, but you don't need to wait for an ipo - so sort of like a spac? - yeah, but you can usually get in much earlier, you can trade 24/7, and there are no regulations - sounds great, what ticker should i buy? - uhh, so you gotta be careful, because tickers are not unique - so how do i know which one to buy? - based on the contract address - right, and where do i get that? - check their casts or their bio - ah so they can set only one contract address per project? - no, not really, but they usually use just one - right, because it's on blockchain and it's immutable so they can't change it... - no, they can deploy a new one - so what is it that i'm buying? - sort of a social contract - doesn't seem trustless - it isn't - well, it better go up then
