In my opinion, the biggest nance that is missing from the discourse is clarity of what needs to be done. You can’t just “launch it” with yet another Bitcoin wallet. Or if you are doing that then at least don’t spend months building it.
many such cases where founder keep building the same thing for years before launching and earning revenue, then become a category winner because they got so far ahead building in monk mode

Exactly! It’s not so much about the process than it is about insights.
Irrelevant how you get there, as long as you get there. You can scrap everything and start from scratch or make incremental adjustments.
But I get where OP is coming from. There is no substitute for “doing things”
