Reading this at the moment.
The focus on a small, content-led product feels very outdated now. So many of its tactics are blown up by LLMs - both because we all have experts in our pockets and because anything you write can be mimicked in seconds.
Even going with a SaaS product feels rough - “entering the fast fashion era” as sama says.
Flip-side is automating and outsourcing is cheaper and easier than ever, if you can figure out the right “AI buttons” to create.
