I was gifted a set of B-Bars (https://www.baseblocks.fit/pages/b-bars) for Christmas. Anyone have any experience using them or similar for bouldering training?
My plan is 2-3 a week:
1. Inverted Rows
2. Dips
3. Pull-Ups/Chin-Ups
4. Pike Push-Ups
5. Squats/Lunges
6. Static Hangs
