If I had a day to steer the Talent Passport, I'd implement a ‘Learning Pathways’ feature, where users can follow curated skill-building paths based on their career goals, with checkpoints and rewards for each completed step. This would guide members in developing targeted skills and give them a sense of progress...

Additionally, integrating a ‘Peer Reviews’ feature where users can provide constructive feedback on each other’s work would build trust and encourage community engagement.
