My wife just got a friend of her an exclusivity on a house for rent
She also got another a friend the 2nd job she nailed in the past year
Wouldn't it be nice to have all this positive-value "gigs" attested on her personal credentials, to later be used to refer her more opportunities others are looking in her domains of expertise / network ?

It's easy to get addicted to the get-rich-quickly scene that bull markets tend to make super popular - launch a viral app, get users to speculate and drive TVL and volumes high. launch a token fast and try to capture as much of the value.
There are no shortcuts to building a sustainable, value creating venture - no matter if it's a protocol, platform or a business.
There are only unique tools for each of these routes, that are important to apply on your way.
Ultimately - if you want to build something solid, grind everyday no matter how long that takes.

Work in it's traditional meaning is pretty straight forward.
People do activity in return for some reward or payout.
But here in web3 sphere, we are trying to reinvent work.
We're trying to reimagine it.
