I find myself working a lot at night bc my 🧠 is more quiet than during the workday. I’m on meetings majority of my day, lots of talking and people. I like getting things done at night for the sake of work, but I would rather be reading. What tips or routines do you all have for getting work done and braindumping throughout the day while still having a full calendar of calls? 💡

For a bit now I’ve had a tough time focusing at work; I isolated the issue to some anxiety when I dive into work and there’s always so much to do. I’ve been working though the best ways to organize my thoughts and start of my weeks strong on Mondays. I’ve been using Hello Emerson’s worksheet each week to brain dump, prioritize action items and track how I was feeling. I’d highly recommend it, and it’s only $5 I believe! It’s been a great tool!
