Played a 2500 pt. Bretonnia vs. Beastmen game this weekend
I eked out a narrow victory as bretonnians using Pegasus knights and my hero, the mobility and deep striking behind enemy lines helped me overcome the brute force of the Minotaurs on the front line
dragon ogres way over performed for the Beastmen
I mitigated some of their front line strength by doing targeted charges at weak points so I could break through and encircle
Learned a lot in this game, adding 500 pts each added a whole 2 hours to the game

I dropped into a game design jam near Dartmouth College. Had a blast playtesting this game (it’s similar to Viticulture but about crawfish and rice growing in Louisiana 😆)

played a good 2k pt. Bretonnians vs. chaos warriors match today
I played bretonnians and although very outnumbered, I managed to carry the day with my unit of Pegasus knights and hero that I buffed way beyond reason (472 pts alone)
360 degree arc furious charge and 22 inch flying range made the pegasi an insane threat, going to keep playing them to master some nuances (I usually play empire)
