Dear Swiss friends! I am actively looking for a small studio apartment in Zurich. Would you keep me in mind if you hear of anything? I am hoping for a move-in date before the new year (Nov/Dec), or shortly after.

Just got back to the states after a week hiking trip along Via Alpina and WOW, what a lovely place!
Hiking: Meiringen to Lenk with some public transit shortcuts along the way. Stunning vistas, steep gradients, and a couple of moments getting to Hohtürli where I had to remind myself the definition of courage! We also got to the peak of Bunderspitz where I was also a weee but uncomfortable haha
Food: Was good but not great. I did have one amazing meal with great service at Restaurant Eigernordwand. In general, My partner had some mild difficulty with decent vegetarian options. Service was mixed, some were quite kind and appreciated our attempts to order in German, others seemed like they couldn't wait for us to leave. I assume this is just cultural differences.
Accommodations: All our hotels were pretty great, wish we were able to use more of their amenities but we typically passed out after a day of hiking. Hotel Griesalp was my highlight probably because we had time to use the Sauna! Only lowlight was Parkhotel Bellevue & Spa having a buffet breakfast with no coffee maker.
Transit: ...can I take you home with me? Train system is absolutely leaps and bounds over what I've grown up with. Definitely seems like you have the option to not have a car in Switzerland. The mobile app was superb as well. After landing in Zurich, I quickly went from wide eyed&stressed to at ease once we boarded our first train 🚆
9.5/10 experience, would love to go again in a few years! Oh and I decided to propose to the most amazing love of my life ❣️Here's to a new chapter 🍻
