i just finished one month of the snail tier concoction:
β’ 6000 mg of oil of oregano + black seed oil
β’ 800 mg of ksm-66 ashwagandha
β’ 400 mg of raw beet root powder
β’ 400 mg of l-theanine
after taking this daily, i can tell you that this paired with a daily workout + running 2 miles per day has made me feel like a machine. my energy is up, my mind is clear, and i run through my girlfriend with ease multiple times a day.
if you enjoy pushing yourself and watching your body become shredded, this is the way.
