The “Obsessive Employee” Lie 🤡🤡🤡 I keep seeing founders & managers looking for “obsessive” employees. ON TWITTER ESPESSIALY HA-HA-HA!!! Let’s be real: in 99% of cases, “obsessive” means a willing slave. ... yes they want someone so consumed by their vision that you’ll work day + night, burn yourself out, and thank them for it. in crypto it’s even worse. Everything is exaggerated like porn. Unrealistic success stories. Traders turning $1k into $1M. “Passion” posts about changing the world. The reality? Most products are useless. Most “obsessives” are just exhausted workers propping up someone else’s dream. I was “obsessive” once. in 2021. Not for a boss. Not for a company. I was obsessive because it served my goals: big money, bull market, and the freedom to never take orders again. Now? If I’m obsessive, it’s for my own mission. If a system demands I live for it...
