im proud of the simplicity and power of /nest as a product. it's one of my finer accomplishments (building new regulatory superstructure around it atm)
this is from our public documentation update that's rolling out shortly. flow of funds from the user's perspective
- nest's corporate entity buys assets on vault's behalf
- vaults are programmatic claims on cashflow, not spvs
- receipt token minted by the user goes up as assets pay into vaults
upgrades in q1 2026.

Soon /nest vaults come to Solana with that sweet real world yield. Institutional assets pay anyone with a wallet. Stables in, stables out.
