Governance dilution is part of the way Nouns fundamentally works. By setting an artificial floor you are locking out new members and thus preventing the further proliferation of Nouns. Also against the stated mission. Nouns is a DUNA. Decentralized Unincorporated Non-Profit Association. You can't consolidate power while still claiming to be decentralized. You cannot claim to be a non profit while trying to protect your bags by bumping up the price 6x beyond what the market has determined it to be. Please vote NO.
