I just sent @mightymoss the very last edits to the Nothing But Flowers photobook project. The only thing left is for a friend of mine (who has designed all my book/zine covers) to design the cover, although MM gave us a great starting point. As soon as we have a cover I am going to launch pre-orders just to see what the interest is... it's been a long time since we started this project... Thank you to everyone who donated $degen tips two years ago, and of course thanks to all the photographers who submitted work. 2/3rds of the photographers in the book came directly from Farcaster.

I know it's been months since I last posted but I just wanted everyone to know that I didn't rug you. The Nothing But Flowers photobook is still happening. I hate that it's taken so long because I honestly can't remember all the people who donated so much $degen and a lot of the photographers in the book haven't been on Farcaster in ages. Hopefully I can track everyone down and get them a copy of the book. The last year and a half of my life has been so insane but the project is inching forward to completion. We raised just over $1400 for the project which will not be enough to print it, but once the book is properly finished I will start taking pre-orders and hopefully we can make up the difference and if we don't I will just put that shit on my Amex. I need this book to finally exist. Thanks so much for everyone's help with this and thanks for your patience.

I sent YouTuber William Osman my very NSFW book Instaxxx to open on camera and the reactions were pretty priceless and I sold a bunch of copies.

A list of books and zines I want to make, a thread: First off is Nothing But Flowers, a collaborative book about nature taking over that we started like two years ago and is nearly done and has been done for months but my friend who designs my book covers went and had a kid and recorded an album and keeps designing titles for huge movies and TV shows and is slacking. I swear it's still going to exist one day.

I have been working on three photo books (one has been almost done for six months - looking at you @photobooks), but I also have like five zines in my head. One of them I want to call "Best Medicine" (as in laughter is the) that is just photos of babes laughing during NSFW photo shoots.

15 years ago a German book publisher reached out to me about doing a book with them. They mostly published books of erotic photography so when I took the lunch meeting with them I told them I wasn't interested in doing something like that. I pitched them on a concept I had called DRINK FIGHT FUCK which was a book of my most insane photos titled after an infamous punk song by the more infamous GG Allin. I would try and desexualize nudity by putting those photos next to fight photos and try and tell a story of just a completely chaotic life, mostly centered around downtown NYC in the mid 2000s. The publisher loved the idea. He told me that the erotic photography was what paid the bills, but he didn't get into publishing to do that. He wanted to make art. He told me he didn't care if it lost money, he would just print it at the same time as a known money maker. I took him at his word and we worked on the book for two years. We had countless calls and made dozens of edits to the book. We hadn't laid out the text yet or designed the cover and we were still going back and forth about a few things, but he was coming to NYC and we were finally going to sign the contract. I should have known something was up when he told me to meet him at an art gallery instead of his hotel room, but when I got there he gave me the news. His distributor wouldn't take the book. He said sex was fine, violence was fine, but sex and violence is unacceptable. And that was just that. Two years down the drain. He didn't try and work with me on another concept or try and find another distributor. He just dropped me and moved on to some bullshit book like Sexy Legs Vol. 3 or whatever. I will say that in retrospect it's probably good that book never came out as it was wildly fucked up and I probably would have been canceled or at least sued at some point for it. Let's just say I have some photos of celebrities in some situations they probably wouldn't want to be made public... But yeah, I still have the edit, and I actually still update it from time to time with new stuff. I don't think I would ever publish that exact book now, but I do think there is a book in there somewhere. My 20s (and 30s honestly) were fucking chaotic, and I do want to tell that story eventually...

I hate that the Nothing But Flowers book is taking so long but my designer has been too busy winning Emmy's for title design to have time to work on this project pro-bono. The layout has been done for two months so it's just a matter of layout out text and designing the cover when he has time. 📷: @jordannicolette

Since we are still trying to raise some publishing funds for the Nothing But Flowers book I figured we could once again jump on the Zora meta. I think it's been over a year since I started working on the Nothing But Flowers @photobooks project. We raised about $1500 in $degen tips to publish a photobook about nature overcoming civilization. Nearly everyone who started the project with me disappeared and I would sometimes go weeks without working on it, but I kept going and kept going a little bit at a time and the book is finally locked. Now that my designer friend has the book in his hands, it should still be a while as he's doing this as a favor in between raising a kid and winning Emmy awards for his design work on Severance. But once he is finished laying out the text and designing the covers all that comes next is publication. We still need to raise some money for publication, but hopefully preorders will help with that. Whatever the case, I can't wait for you guys to see it. 📷: @ilovedecay & @banthafodderdan
