I was doing good, eating dairy-free for weeks. But then I decided that sometimes I need to eat something normal - you know, to make the body used to what it refused. But it was a mistake. I ate a McFlurry from McDonald’s on Friday night and I got very bad all evening, and the next day I had zero energy. It seems like it literally destroys my body for a full 24 hours.

Did u ever se an obese asian guy or girl? I didn’t. And that’s bc of their diet I believe. It’s less meat, more fish, and most importantly for me, low to zero cow milk. Cow milk is bad. Really bad to health.

I had been off of lactose for 4 months. Then, last month, I went on some holiday trips and had to take lactase to eat some good ice cream and other good food. It seems like I was OK, but then as soon as I got back home, I got worse. I now know that I can only eat lactose once a week in very little dosage to be OK.

I have stopped eating lactose in my meals in about three months now - and the only time I tried to eat a mozzarella di bufala (that, if 100% from cow, should be lactose-free), I got so bad all day. In 3 months I lost almost 10 pounds (5 kg), and reached 21.7% fat, down from almost 24% 3 months ago. Lactose is evil.

Every time I come to the US, I find it very hard to eat a healthy diet, especially without lactose. I find myself looking for nearby restaurants to go to dinner to, and then ending up ordering on DoorDash bc I get to select exactly what I want, knowing that it's without lactose. No good.

It's been almost a month that I started removing lactose from my diet. It truly changed my life. I don't feel bloated and I don't have cramps anymore. I also feel more energized and focused and can actually eat a bit less over the day to ensure I stay lean. And, even better, I don't feel sleepy anymore.

This is my 'dessert': some grape, cheese (that I can't eat), some marmalade and some crackers. I couldn't get the ice cream, or the cheesecake, bc of course.. I feel discriminated, it's not like I like not to eat milk - I can't, it does bad to my whole body.

This is the meal I got in-flight when asked for a non-lactose diet. Like, not even bread. It seems a bit too much. I'm not vegan, I can't can't eat milk-based food..

I found myself ordering on DoorDash multiple times when in LA bc most (good) vegan restaurants were 5-6 miles away, and I don't understand why I need to go so far away, even outside Santa Monica / Venice.

Last week I found out I'm lactose-intolerant, so I quickly got paranoid ab eating anything w/ milk, cheese, etc. Coming 2 LA @ farcon, I thought I could have it easy to eat good food w/o lactose. But it turns out I was wrong. This is channel's for those who, like me, wantna eat like everyone, just w/o lactose.
