World Diabetes Day, letโs spread this around to create awareness on this disease.
It is not a death sentence to have it, it involves some lifestyle modifications and trust me people with it tend to live long and healthy lives.

The Pan-African Organization For Health, Education and Research (POHER) has continued to champion collaboration, knowledge exchange and professional development across the African healthcare community. This yearโs Annual POHER Medical Research and Mentorship Symposium is themed:
โBuilding Fulfilling, Sustainable Careers in Healthcare Through Research, Mentorship and Well-being.โ
This theme reflects a growing realization across the continent: that modern healthcare training must extend beyond the classroom and the clinic. It must include exposure to research, structured mentorship, personal development, and community-building.

Everyday is the same thing. Attend a bulk load of classes, go for rounds, starve, and sleep off with my laptop on while Anki is the only thing on my screen.P.s this a lie cause I am a just a lazy ass niggu who wants to fraud his way out of medschool.

Me planning to adopt a new ready style some weeks to my end of posting exams, need to know if my efficiency will improve. If I am wrong might have just shot myself in the leg and it will cost me this posting. But if it goes well we locked in baby๐
