one of the most decisive political projects of this century is the systematic distribution of solar factories to any highway corridor that meets reasonable criteria. regardless of datacenters, there won't be any post-abundance society without dropping ground cargo costs to zero. https://x.com/joeljean9/status/2032112000759939167?s=20

if you've read Homer HIckam's autobiography, you've recognized that boy scouts and shop class sit on a cultural axis, which is resilient to mass poverty. the major technological difference is that the children of Hickam's time no longer yearn for the hazardous mines, or shop at the company store. such enterprises can be teleoperated, both in practice and capitalization. https://x.com/patfscott/status/2026300106417311767?s=20

fossil fuels have the energy density, but there remains an open question on whether batteries can override this constraint nuclear really is the only other option and it affords secondary effects to state-level demand. ultimately, AI and data engineering must diffuse to the sample space. https://youtu.be/Q5hnwooyKVk

AI is really good at yapping, but it's generally noncommittal. looking forward to more extraordinary economic growth in mechanisms like independent correspondence and trustless incentive for "on spec/on time" (and a fun workplace that attracts online subculture) https://x.com/MFG_SMB/status/2010455148749848614?s=20

the renaissance simply needs deregulation. no reason to overspend on complications. https://x.com/bscholl/status/1991550933730488425?s=20

wonder if poidh can be a roadtrip? over 24k locations, apparently, and in some very strategic locations. and if that works, can power generator delivery apply as well? https://usamachineshops.com/

I’m glad our heritage brands are updating. I think McDonald’s can do better and I’m looking to see what Coca Cola is going to do. France is really good about keeping their companies alive over centuries. Japan too.
