Does loyalty still exist in today’s world? 🤔 It’s an interesting question. Our generation has more options than ever, making it easy to jump from one brand to another, often for the best price or convenience. But loyalty isn’t dead—it’s just evolved. People are still loyal, but it’s to value over price. Brands that offer more than just a product—things like community, purpose, and excellent customer experience—tend to keep their followers. Are we more loyal to brands or just chasing the best deal? What keeps you coming back?

Why don't we use an actual currency value in loyalty programs vs. 'points'? Points is associated with a perceived inflationary value that far outweighs it's real value and eventually leaves people disappointed at the point of burn-to-earn consideration. Anyone have an example of a transparent loyalty program?

Hugo Boss diving into Web3 with a new loyalty program shows they're committed to innovation. As some brands retreat, they're doubling down on NFT activations. Excited to see what new use cases emerge! What other brands do you think will follow suit in embracing Web3 technologies for loyalty programs?
