Well, this morning I was trying to pull my dog onto my bed so we could cuddle for a little bit before I had to start my day. I successfully pulled her on the bed; however, I fell off, hitting my head leg and whole body against my dresser. My body has been in pain all day now, and I am trying to figure out what actually happened this morning and what is going on.
I decided since my day has just gone downhill, even though I have tried everything to make it better today, I looked at my biorhythm chart, and it speaks wonders and volumes to what is going on with all my issues today. I need to breathe, take a step back, be kind to myself, and realize that I need to compensate for the fact that today is not my day.

A bit of history from Heather Cox Richardson:
If you google the history of Motherβs Day, the internet will tell you that Motherβs Day began in 1908 when Anna Jarvis decided to honor her mother. But βMothersβ Dayββwith the apostrophe not in the singular spot, but in the pluralβactually started in the 1870s, when the sheer enormity of the death caused by the Civil War and the Franco-Prussian War convinced writer and reformer Julia Ward Howe that women must take control of politics from the men who had permitted such carnage. Mothersβ Day was not designed to encourage people to be nice to their mothers. It was part of womenβs effort to gain power to change society.
