Across Protocol is switching from DAO to US C-corp (AcrossCo). The Snapshot proposal passed with 92.5% approval and ends April 7, 2026. The ACX token will lose all utility and governance after the DAO closes.
ACX can be exchanged in two ways:
1. 1:1 for equity in AcrossCo (direct if โฅ5M ACX; via limited SPV if โฅ250k ACX / ~$10k, with KYC and caps: max 100 US + 500 non-US holders).
2. Buyout in USDC at $0.04375 per token (+25% premium) during a max 6-month window.
The equity swap requires too high minimums, KYC, accredited status for US holders, and has limited spots. It no longer interests me due to these restrictive conditions.
I sold my $ACX.
