Probably the most requested feature so far - fans are more likely to donate when they see a tangible target, and this effect is strengthened if the target is getting close - gives a sense of community effort, bonds the streamer and chat together - extra recognition surface for top donors

No matter how bad some takes are, good to see more conversations around streamer monetization. There are some things that are obviously broken in the web2 streaming world like 30-50% cuts on subscriptions, chargebacks, account freezes, and other problems that can actually be fixed onchain. And we're nailing these basics first. Giving real fans the recognition they deserve + ways to actually participate is the main driver behind direct fan support and one of the must-haves for any sustainable streamer-fan economy.
