herocast update → cozy corner improvements
- pick channels faster → the channel picker now loads instantly with popular channels instead of waiting for a slow API calls
- better default channels → see top Farcaster channels (Farcaster, Base, Memes, Founders, Dev, Zora, Art, Design) alongside your pinned channels
- a ton of small quality of life improvements and bug fixes
Performance & Reliability
- faster API responses → added server-side caching for channels and user data
- better link previews → fixed issues with favicons not displaying correctly in embedded links
- reliable image uploads 🤯 → switched to Cloudinary for more reliable media uploads

make lists of frens, frenemies or lists where you're the repliooor
lists appear right next to channel feeds and custom searches
also much smoother scrolling
and better tweet embeds

supabase deprecated the previous UI kit, right when we used it in herocast last year. now it's back, based on shad/cn. who wants to integrate it into @herocast? I can sponsor some LLM credits
