One month of Uncharted Tycoons on Base. Every voyage departs and settles onchain: 4,624 voyage transactions since launch. The 1.51B $CHEF that went into harbors, barracks, ports and troops is verified by our server against the transaction itself, not reported by the client. 1,832 voyages, 86% of them coastal, though the pirate lane (9%) drew more traffic than the open ocean (5%). Istanbul and cfMILK converged into a meta nobody assigned: 862 shipments, 47% of all cargo. The last week ran especially hot. 11 of 13 ports opened. Seville and Lisbon are still uncharted. Uncharted Tycoons is a game about reading before moving. The board changes before the captain does: cargo demand, port pressure, route timing, and risk all shift the value of a sail. The stronger choice is not the loudest one. It is the choice you can explain after the voyage. That is where onchain strategy becomes gameplay.
