Throwback to 2013 when I was invited to lead a photowalk for the Artists participating in the Artists In The Plus (I think it was called?) Live music event broadcast out of The Village (Studio) in LA, with a number of in-studio musicians, as well as a bunch live from their homes/etc via Google Plus. Amtrak hooked me up with a sleeper cabin on the Coast Starlight from Seattle to LA (and a Bus from Vancouver to Seattle) in return for photos for their blog 🫡 And I stayed with the artists at the organization's rental house, helped out in a variety of capacities wherever I could, lead a photowalk, and even ended up driving a rental van (I had my class 4 and lots of experience driving that and short busses from an earlier career [ @push- ]), including eventually ferrying a bunch of them from the home to LAX for their return flights eventually. More random Yerbearserker adventures. Back in 2013 when I was a digital nomad before all that influencers stuff hit its stride, and Amtrak gave me a sleeper booth & travel from Seattle to LA & back on the Coast Starlight in return for photos and writing for their blog Back when I was also writing for a periodical magazine, publishing some photography, & frequently co-hosting a weekly variety show on Google Plus 😉 Life is full of adventures... And now that I've finished the drive back to Switzerland, hello, and I'm going to go grocery shopping then back to more unpacking and laundry 😉 $GMYerb

So many lives in a life time... This was from 12 years ago. A Men's Camping Trip with some of the old camp staff friends from a past earlier era of my life when I taught all sorts of outdoor things at camp on the edge of the wilderness in British Columbia 🇨🇦 We'd teach the campers how to make a simple shelter, carrying the tarp , rope, etc into the woods to the camping spots that many of their parents had used when they were campers So many memories come and go, and that's life. Ever flowing onwards in different ways, bringing our past experiences along, and shaping the new routes we set out on 🫡 Happy Saturday! And may 2026 bring you much goodness 🙏 $GMYerb

Hey @push- here's another thing I've been paid to do sometimes in my life. Over a decade ago there was a small window in time when I'd get paid (and/or food + beverages 😉) to perform at select venues like my chef friend's special event night at his restaurant, or one New Years Eve a pub in a small coastal town at the end of the road 😉 Life is a fast moving adventure, even when it feels like it's moving slow... $GMYerb
