GM! Last night (1st photo) This morning (2nd photo) Thunder Lightning ⚡️ Massive wind & rain Hail And therefore a little frightened doggo And a very concerned Mrs who couldn’t sleep Mrs is sleeping the 5hr dentist appointment & rough night while Nelly & I enjoy our morning beverages by the calm lake as swans & rowers cross the waters, & and walkers with dogs amble the promenade A little while to breakfast then continuing the drive back to home base (with another coffee or two in my future I expect lol) GM GM & onwards we grow 🙏

What was supposed to be a 30-45min dentist appointment ended up basically fitting 4 appointments into about 4 of 5hrs (we went and found some food at one point when a temporary crown was setting)> Mrs is a champ. And instead of driving all the way home we're staying at a hotel in Lucerne tonight. Gnight from Luceren and tomorrow finishing the drive home. Back to your regular Yerbearserker programming on Friday 😛

13 Years ago I was apparently doing an evening kayak down the Squamish River into the Squamish Estuary with a crew of local guides who were out for an evening paddle I was visiting a friend, during my digital nomad, pre-influencer days, who was also doing guiding in the area so they got me a spot amongst the others (and a boat & life jacket to use too!) I'd been a wilderness/outdoor education guide/instructor for a bunch of years in a past career by that point 😉 Look @push-! More photo evidence (thanks to Facebook memories 😂)
