I was previously too nervous to post on YouTube, but I decided to leave my comfort zone and try it :) One of my hobbies is making vlogs, most of which I never share. Tonight’s dinner: Miso chicken stir fry :) Didn’t use any exact recipe, just added veggies that I had on hand and made a simple simple stir fry sauce

Tonight’s dinner: sriracha honey glazed salmon salad bowls with crunchy panko :) For the salmon, the marinade is just sriracha, honey, olive oil, and salt and pepper. I roasted the filets at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes. The salad is greens, a little balsamic vinaigrette, quinoa, feta, pumpkin seeds, and toasted panko :)
