This is so aligned with my evolving vision for Farcasterland. In essence and as a heads-up, the niche that think is under-served on FC is around the shifts you need to make to be successful AND satisfied here - become a co-creator rather than a consumer - fuck vanity metrics in favour for whatever is worth tracking - understand that you are still early and some things are not smooth yet I will share more when the clarity is sharp enough, and also when I have visibility on my capacity. Don't want to pull another NFT Frame like in autumn with 1000s of mints and then fade my own channel (life urgencies demanded this so no remorse) Pls DM me if this channel or @bradq Farcaster Settlement draft inspires you. This is in line with my sense of what is emerging here on FC the term network state is heavily biased towards Balaji's crypto-anarcho Libertariasnim. I perosnally favour Kevin Owockis CoordiNation flavour. Still, we here need to "do something" I am great at facilitating self-organising processes like Sociocracy and Liberating Structures. What facilitation support do you need? What for? Why?

I just had a heart-to-heart convo with @chinmay.eth who gave me his ear and shared his own experience on... expanding and shrinking crypto bags during a bull market. This game is not easy and we all make mistakes. There is always a real person behind a screen making trades, gaining or loosing. Thanks for showing up for me. Until I can return the favour for some sparring. The reason I cast this here is because this is how I want 'my farcaster' to be.

Agree with @coopahtroopa.eth and commend taking a systemic approach. It's hardly ever one project let alone the people running them. There is always a bigger picture. Change the incentive structures, create a new system that makes the old uninteresting.
