What makes a good (subjective) candidate for a revnet token? @jango.eth @kmacb.eth Only projects that are highly focused on revenue (companies trying to find PMF)? What about content creators who earn some revenue & already do rev sharing? What about a DAO that does some light revenue streams? Thinking of new use cases.

had a bit of discourse with @reidtandy @humpty.eth @gramajo.eth this morning on emc about whether it's possible for speculation and patronage to coexist and i'm wondering what the fc community thinks? does price speculation inevitably always turn patronage into something else? are there any examples of creators you've seen who've managed to create a revenue model for themselves that involves both patronage and speculation?

I’ve seen this way too many times. An ex: a brand that I really enjoy their products. Early on they partnered with a creator. This person had zero insight into the clientele, what type of stories would resonate. I was so amped on their product & had been familiar with the clientele bc I was one of those ppl for over 20 years. I decided to make content for people like me but w/ a web3 twist. And it worked! I converted at least 10 users of my small little community into their customers & they’ve all gone to spend a ton. I know bc we chat all that time about it. As a solo content creator, things can get lonely sometimes. But I can honestly say, having a group of folks like /earlymorningcrew to keep you accountable but also have some fun onchain together is probably one of the best moves you can make
