Did you know dark roast coffee has less caffeine?
It tastes stronger, but coffee beans lose caffeine content the longer they are roasted.
Decaf is basically "Super Dark Roast" 😂

Octopuses have three hearts — one central heart that pushes oxygenated blood around and two peripheral hearts that push oxygen-depleted blood towards the gills where it reoxygenates
(they also have 9 brains and copper-based blood but that's a topic for another cast)

The Scottish Highlands are technically part of the Appalachian Mountains
They were both part of the same mountain range until ~60m years ago when tectonic drift split the North American and European tectonic plates apart, leaving the Scottish Highlands behind

The outer skin of the SR-71 doubled as the wall of the fuel tank. They built in small gaps between panels to allow the skin to expand at top speed/high altitude. As a consequence, it leaked a little when on the ground.
