Odesa, February 9, 2026 Honestly, despite the nice GM photo, I had two awful nights in a row. Fucking russian attack drones have been relentlessly bombing Odesa at night. They don’t bother with targets - they just hit residential buildings. 
Last night, several drones in a row struck the upper floors of a 24-story building.
Explosions, fires, dead civilians. Ordinary people. So for the second night in a row, I spent the night near the elevator shaft on the 20th floor.
No electricity, no way to get down to a shelter. 
The elevator shaft is supposedly the safest place - at least that’s what I tell myself. The explosions are so powerful that the whole building shakes and trembles.
I’ve been sleeping 3–4 hours a night for two days now. I feel terrible. But - a new week has started. Coffee, and it’s time to work Keep going

Be careful what you wish for. I had my surgery at a hospital far from home, but I kept wondering how the one right next to me would be. So here's what happened. On Monday I had the operation, by Thursday I was discharged, and on Saturday I ended up in the ER at the nearby hospital. I stayed there for two nights. Maybe I should have wished for something else. 😁
