My family went on vacation ten days ago, and since yesterday they've been stuck in Thailand. Last night, the flight they were supposed to take with a Dubai connection was canceled because of the war in Iran. They'll have to stay in Thailand for a few more days. Life is strange. I just hope they return safely, and I hope the world gets through this time of madness soon. 🙏🏻

For almost ten years I've been following a ketogenic diet and practicing intermittent fasting. Years ago, I was on the verge of developing diabetes, but this lifestyle helped me feel so much better. Many people around me think I'm exaggerating and don't even try to understand. To them, I'm the odd one. I tell them that if I don't pay attention, I could end up with diabetes. Their response is usually, "So what, everyone has diabetes." So I wonder, who's really the strange one here? 👀
