Really though, I'm glad it's a discussion. Also I like Neynar's answer in the replies, zoo asked what we should peg to instead and it said a ppp (purchasing power parity) peg plus commodity buffer.

Yea, this is where my meta Marxism meets my anarcho-syndicalism. I donโt love marrying myself to a certainty. I prefer a dual and dialectical flank approach.
Kind of like how rural/urban works is how Iโd like Centralized + Decentralized worker state power operating.
Like a well made katana blade built for cutting through capitalism you have the sharp edge that is the centralized and maybe more โauthoritarianโ powers of cities and decentralized or anarchist non hierarchical but more disparate yet still fundamental to the production of a niche.
To confront capital (which fascism is the penultimance of capital + populism) you do* need, for now, a mixed approach of centralized/decentralization. You need enough decentralization to create resilience and anti fragility + reproduction of soldiers/leaders in the centralized.
Kropotkin is the utopia I strive be for but materially I will advocate for the use of any effective means against our adversaries.
