So Steaks V1 was a simple bet market.
For Steaks V2, would you either:
1. Extend bet markets: everyone can open markets, creator fee depends on how balanced the bets are, and a better distribution towards early bets?
2. Create a super simple Degen perps, where you can provide liquidity or go long and short?
