I will frustrate and confuse China as at the Tower of Babel. They resort to snooping but they are always one step behind, they will never be ahead. They want to build supercomputers like in the US, but I will cause their chips to fail, they are faulty and shoddily constructed. US will lead in AI. A country that does not know me cannot succeed. My Spirit is with the US, I anoint the minds of the researchers for breakthroughs, new levels of creativity and understanding. One step behind is never ahead, those whose steps are not in line with the Lord will not prosper.
