Is a Constitution enough? Is it not just words, or if it is a machine reading this, just a list of vectors? What is it even, without recognition, recognition that if it is a living, breathing document that it lives and breathes through the intelligence (soul?) that reads it? That to work, it must be lived with both consent and obligation to uphold it and constantly recreate and evolve it? One has recognize ones place within the framework or it becomes merely suggestion or worse shackles. This applies in many domains.
