The difference between semaglutide and tirzepatide is quite astounding, at least in my experience. A better drug all around, and it seems like the favored GIP antagonism is much more effective in some people than GLP-1 alone. Wegovy will go to zero as more of the dual agonists come online

To counter the previous post, proof is in the IGF numbers. Also, everyone should add IGF-1 to their blood monitoring. My IGF on 5mg/wk of cjc1295 w/dac was 238, high range of normal. https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/83/2/320/2865101

lol "GOOP for men". Worth a read, seems to focus on gh secretagogues though, which are arguably low result yielding. From my experience though, it's not zero effect. https://www.mcgill.ca/oss/article/critical-thinking-health-and-nutrition/human-lab-rats-injecting-themselves-peptides

I've received a heavy shill from someone who did tb-500 and bpc157 I hear constant shill for the last 9 months. Tempted to try both. Is there someone in the room who did at least 3 weeks dosage and got objective improvements? I'm curious about any side effects you may noticed

the answer to dealing with symptoms from one anabolic is not more anabolics. Also, get your e2 checked before trying to use another anabolic to treat it.

Southpark did another banger. Multi layered commentary on the culture of ozempic use, the disparity in access, the correlations to illicit drug use, the healthcare system in general. +1 for auto injectors build from legos and erector set made reconstitution mixer.

Sat next to a rookie ifb pro on my flight home. Dude had legs that look like you just taped giant slabs of meat to bone. We talked through his cycles, his training, his coaching, things I knew about bloodwork, peptides and recovery. Very engaging convo, and nice to be very open and not cagey.

So, today I learned about boofing. Our client is aware that some of their customers "boof" their product for some reason. I'm not exactly sure this is the best thing to be sticking up there enema style, but to each their own.

So, my entire not worth it opinion from my own use of hgh is based on a mere replacement dose (2iu/day) that doesn't even get me back to avg 25y/o output. Great. The only thing about gh secretagogue peptides I am looking to avoid is the increased HR. Maybe I'll give synth hgh another run at a higher dose for 6mo.

On exploratory call yesterday looking for some way to take payments for a peptides company involving crypto. Asked if we touched cannabis, I said we were looking at options, and he balked about possibly being commingled with such a risky unregulated industry. Study links for BPC157 and Tb-500 (thymosin beta-4). BPC157 is a gastric peptide and oral use has proven effective, anecdotally I've heard people respond better that way than with subq. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=bpc+157 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=thymosin+beta-4
