for the past year, the labs team has been shipping consumer apps across social fi and money streaming. banger was one of them. we’ve learned a lot about farcaster, base, onchain incentives and what actually sticks. we’re now moving into a new phase. banger mini app is shifting to withdraw only mode: you can only deposit, withdraw and swap $banger. $sup rewards continue through s4. trade $banger in app to keep earning $sup. we’re exploring new directions, especially where crypto meets ai. nothing fully stops here, but things are changing. appreciate everyone who played, bet and built banger with us. hope you stick around long enough to see what comes next.🔥

Maybe instead of a streak based on banging (placing bangers), you could introduce something like a daily check-in. That way about 90% of people would place at least one bet, and the activity on the network would still be recorded. I think it would be a simpler system for tracking streaks, right? why bet on bangers? - because it’s fun, social and rewarding. - you get to back posts you think will blow up and get rewarded for your conviction - creators also earn when people bet on their posts - it’s also a fun way to microtip, support and engage with your favorite banger creators on @farcaster
