Saw Black is Beautiful last night. Kwame Brathwaite understood photography as cultural intervention. Not just documentation, but affirmation, style, and political language. A reminder that representation can permanently reshape how a people see themselves.

The founding principles are being reexamined in real time. To me, it feels like a moment to exert cultural ownership over Americaβs timeline, looking backward and forward at once.
