Had a wild thought last night — what if there was a network state for Black people? As long as you're at least 49% Black (hey, your non-Black parent could have strong genes), you'll have automatic citizenship.
The promise of network states is that no matter where you are geographically, you'd still benefit from financial assistance, education and business opportunities, &c. We're disenfranchised worldwide but something like this would spark massive change.
It'd also require trillions IMO so this'll probably remain just an idea indefinitely.
