During today’s review, I decided to give myself a small challenge:
From now on, every trade—win or lose—I have to write down why it happened.
If it was a win, was it because my system worked? Or just luck?
If it was a loss, did the market shift? Or did I break my own rules?
Because without knowing the reason, there’s no real progress.
If you don’t know why you won, you can’t repeat it.
If you don’t know why you lost, you’re just waiting to lose again.
