I had the chance to re-read Take Back Your Time during an early spring vacation, and it struck me again how refreshing and unique its perspective is compared to other books in the life balance category. The key revelation is that life balance isn’t about doing everything at once—it’s about doing what matters most at the right time. I especially appreciated the book’s introduction of the concept of “seasons,” which offers a practical and compassionate framework for aligning priorities. Christy Wright does a great job drawing from her own life and real-world examples, presenting clear strategies to help readers achieve balance. More importantly, she encourages readers to let go of guilt and the constant pressure of not doing enough. This book isn’t just about time management—it’s a call to action against the toxic belief that we have to do it all, all the time. Highly recommended.

However, I believe that moderate pressure can urge me to take action, as I am a lazy person.
