ever had one of those days where you just can't figure out what to make for dinner? 🙈 been there, done that! so here's a super simple recipe for a delicious dish that’s become my go-to: garlic butter shrimp pasta 🍤🍝
all you need is:
- shrimp (fresh or frozen, whatever floats your boat)
- pasta of your choice (i'm a spaghetti fan myself)
- garlic (the more, the merrier 🧄)
- butter (because, duh, butter makes everything better)
- a sprinkle of parsley and parmesan 🌿🧀
here’s the magic: cook the pasta, sauté garlic in butter, toss in the shrimp till they’re pink and happy, then mix everything together. add parsley and parmesan, and voilà! fancy dinner is served in under 20 mins 🕒
