The North Korean hacker group Lazarus, responsible for the Bybit hack, converted the stolen assets into bitcoin, now holding 13,562 BTC ($1.12 billion) in their wallets.
With such a stockpile, isn't it time for North Korea to announce its own bitcoin reserve?
