im traveling rn, and havent listened to these chats yet. but as someone who built the client i want to see in the world, here are a few thots: i think crypto X social should enable us to own and use our digital selves/data in a way that has so far been exploited against us by social media cos. but the truth is that once it was built, i had to navigate the complexity of siwf/siwn, snapchain vs hypersnap, and the basics of marketing (which i am shit at). and without clear monetization, very few people have even given it a try. is prob more on me than anyone else, but i was surprised by the lack of even basic feedback that i got. i get that few see my vision, that trusting me with a signer is a chasm few want to cross. but mostly i think people are either here for dopamine or tokens. the algofeed def doesnt help; this app feels more parasocial than social these days izo. fwiw i'll still keep working towards my vision. jobs not finished. but its a lot to expect people to build clients just for themselves
