The Grade A office building market in Hong Kong has been active recently. Three floors of office buildings in Wah Wai Centre, Wong Chuk Hang, have also been leased to DKSH at HK$20 per square foot. In addition, Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group, MERCK and others have moved into Admiralty and Quarry Bay. 🤔🤔🤔
