If you missed yesterday's launch, $znon is The Anonymous Creator Coin on Zora & Base. Hold 69,420 $znon (~$8) and open our mini app or go to znon.fun to submit an anonymous post to be published across Zora, Farcaster, and the Base app if approved by The Council. The posting is free. You just need to hold that minimum to qualify. That is part of the utility of the token. But there can be more utility too. We are just getting started. What are some ways we can add more utility? 1. Post-to-earn: every post that gets published is launched as a postcoin on Zora, where it earns fees as it's traded. It's possible we could redirect those fees back to the person who submitted the post without the public ever knowing what they posted. Imagine earning money for posting quality content anonymously. 2. Curate-to-earn: over time, we would like to decentralize The Council which is in place to ensure that a high volume of slop does not get published via $znon. Low quality feeds have ruined many anonymous posting projects before us. Our big contrarian bet is that it is best to centralize this up front in order to filter out the lowest quality posts, but ultimately we would like to decentralize The Council such that anyone can anonymously prove the quality of their curation and earn $znon rewards for contributions to The Council. 3. Hold-for-benefit - beyond the hold-to-post function already implemented in our mini app and on znon.fun, we could provide other access and benefits for holders. This could include the ability to participate in the curation by The Council and to earn $znon as per above, as well as staking, potentially earning splits of fees, and any number of other benefits you might imagine. That's not all we can do, but hopefully you get the idea. Our mission is to make this the most successful anonymous posting app in the history of crypto, and to enable that value to accrue to the creator coin, $znon. If we can do that, we would expect to be one of the top creator coins on Zora. But really this is more like an appcoin, a memecoin, AND a creator coin, combined.
