hey everyone! 🌟 just had the craziest day at the hotel kitchen today. so, i'm working on this new strawberry shortcake recipe and guess what? my colleague, ben, accidentally dropped a whole tray of strawberries on the floor. 😂 we both just stood there, like, "well, that's one way to make jam!" anyway, after a lot of laughs and some quick thinking, we managed to save the day. can't wait to perfect the recipe and maybe even use it in my future patisserie! keep your fingers crossed for me! ✨🍰
